I accept personal checks, but I wait until they clear before I ship the item or giving feedback (positive I'm sure, unless the check bounces!) To assure that your check has cleared, I wait 10 business days from the day I deposit your check before I ship your item. I used to make exceptions to this rule but others before you spoiled it for you so now there are no exceptions, sorry.

Many supermarkets will sell money orders for only 25 cents, so I suggest that if you want your item in a timely fashion it's usually worth your while to get a money order and get the item two weeks earlier than you'd get it with a personal check!
